Peka‑Pro ZN (Zinc‑Rich Epoxy FBE Primer) is a specialized fusion‑bonded epoxy coating enhanced with high‑purity zinc to provide both barrier and galvanic corrosion protection for steel pipelines. By combining the strong adhesion and chemical resistance of FBE with the sacrificial protection of zinc, Peka‑Pro ZN defends steel even in the event of surface damage or coating abrasion.

This system is engineered for use as a stand‑alone protective layer or as a primer in dual‑ and multi‑layer coating systems, particularly in aggressive soil conditions, marine environments, or where rapid coating repairs may be required. It meets CSA Z245.20 and ISO 21809‑2 standards and is optimized for compatibility with polyolefin or polyurethane topcoats.
